Monte Verdi @ Royal Sonesta, Cambridge, MA

Sterling Group is developing a new food and beverage program for the Royal Sonesta Boston in Cambridge, MA scheduled to open Spring 2024. Our work includes the development of a new restaurant called Monte Verdi. The decor focuses on natural materials and a color palette including olive green, earth tones, terra cotta, antiqued brass, and white marble. Furnishings include carefully selected wood chairs and tables, natural themed fabrics, upholstered banquettes and bar stools, wood and tiled flooring, and eclectic art and lighting fixtures.
